2021 Seven Hills Dry Rosé

In the tradition of the classic French rosés, ours is refreshing, pale in color, and bone-dry. Primarily Cabernet Franc with a small amount of Petit Verdot for additional structure and Malbec for expressive fruitfulness.

In the glass, the wine is pale salmon in color with a copper hue. The nose is marked by pronounced aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, and fresh strawberries and hints of minerality. The palate has a light body, velvety texture with flavors of grapefruit, lime zest, pineberry (white strawberries) and peach, finishing with balanced acidity.
