An old soul of sorts, this site is poised between youthful freshness and sophistication, showing fruity and savory components.

Boasting a deep purple hue, this wine is intense from the moment it hits your glass. Intoxicating aromas of raspberry, black pepper, and a touch of wood greet you first. On the palate, concentrated fruit and pepper continue. They are married with tannins that carry through the finish. One word comes to mind- powerful. As the wine finishes, you are greeted by lovely notes of blood orange zest to round out the wine. The concentration and power of the wine suggests that it will age well over the next 10 years.
