2023 Seven Hills Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley

Within Washington State, with its Bordeaux varietal-friendly climate and soils, the White Bluffs AVA occupies an exceptional place, with just the right amount of warmth and a wide variety of soil types and elevations, which provide excellent sites for growing Sauvignon Blanc. We have crafted this Reserve Sauvignon Blanc in a rich and more in-depth style than our Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc by using more oak fermentation, concrete egg, bâtonnage, and 120- hour skin contact before pressing and fermenting. This wine is a harmonist blend of time and technique in the cellar.
Our 2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful golden color with pronounced aromas of peaches, roasted pineapple, brioche, and guava with hints of cardamom and crème brûlée. The palate is medium and lush body with a velvety texture with medium plus acid creating a balance with flavors of and fresh peaches, pineapple, star fruit, with hints of minerality, vanilla bean custard and white pepper.
